About Me

My UX journey began when I met a UX designer working at a small Toronto company. Intrigued by her role, I discovered a fascination with user-centered design that resonated with my natural tendency to identify process improvements in both professional and personal contexts. While my previous role had technical limitations that prevented implementing better user experiences, this sparked my interest in formal UX education. After exploring self-taught materials, I chose Designlab to build a structured foundation in UX design principles and methodologies.

My transition into UX design feels natural given my Computer Science background and professional experience. My technical foundation helps me grasp concepts like information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping, while my work experience has strengthened my communication skills and results-driven approach focused on delivering high-quality solutions.

With this combination of technical knowledge, professional experience, and solid UX foundation, I'm well-positioned to pursue a product design career. I'm passionate about putting users first and creating thoughtful, meaningful solutions that address genuine user needs and desires, always striving for quality and impactful results.
